No dim sum at Spring Mtn. Go to Rio Casino on Flamingo. There's a KJ Dim Sum & Seafood there. Enjoy!
Authentic cantonese style, best cantonese cuisine in LV
We have a group of 4 people took lunch here today. I noticed the price of all dishes were $109.xx but the restaurant charged us 144.xx. They did not give us receipt at the beginning, just give my mom a number $ to pay them. When my mom asked for receipt they later give us and say tips are already charged. Just wondering they do this to all people or just Chinese visitors like us ? Feel ripped off.
First visit with my Chinese family friends I have known since I was a little girl. Loved the crispy fish with sweet & sour sauce, pork bone broth soup, and coconut tapioca soup at the end. Very traditional & it was a greatly enjoyed treat during Chinese New Year and to celebrate my pregnancy. Great servers & kindness to an outsider such as myself, very warm & welcoming. Thank you ♡
Cantonese style cuisine restaurant offers all the well known dishes including homey ones. Popular restaurant with local residents. Dinner guests get house's specialty soup of the day and warm dessert with their meal. Nice touch. Prices are mid-range - tasty and decent portion. Complimentary good hot tea comes with meal.
During weekday kj kitchen is a very affordable price.its located spring mountain and jones.you can order house. Lo mien.a lot of choices.they opened at 11am.thank you kj kitchen.
Hard to find a good Chinese restaurant in Vegas. This is an exception. Great authentic food and the prices are fairly reasonable. Get there early as they get packed, especially on weekends.
Cantones dishes at its best. Try the deep fried sole - the whole fish is serve up crispy & delicious
It was our first time to eat here. The service was good and the lunch special has reasonable price. My kids liked the house special fried rice so we ordered one to go. To our disappointment, the house special fried rice we ordered to go, taste bland and different from the one we ate in restaurant. Just make sure you check your order before you leave. 😣
Been been coming here for about 10 years or more. Love this place. I resturaunt with no condiments on the table tells you a lot about its food (available upon request.
Amazing an very Friendly place to go for Family Gatherings.
Great food. Really good Yang Chow fried rice and Mandarin pork chops.
The food was delicious and authentic Cantonese cuisine.. highly recommend
Good Freshly cooked Lunch Specials
Authentic HK/Cantonese cooking with strong “wok’s breath” for stir fry dishes. My goto place every LV trip, good service and large portions enough for 4 persons. Free dessert as well... ample parking around the restaurant. Located away from the Strip but well worth the detour for good food!
Great food! Ok service
The food was good but customer service needs a bit of work. When you have to ask for water several times. Time to retrain on customer service. The pecking duck, sweet and sour chicken, and salt pepper squid was good.
This is the place to go with the whole family without beaking the bank, very quick and the friendly staff is ready to accommodate your needs, we are Latinos and found this food quite tasty, always hot Asian delicious tea served.
Good stuffs
Always great food and attentive service!
Great lunch specials...
I loved this place!
Like the basic feel and (Chinese) comfort food. Prices are cheap and food good.
Hong Kong style Chinese food. I really liked the twice fried noodles. They are crispy and slathered in a contrasting thick "gravy".
The food was delish..Love the barbque pork fried rice! The food is authentic like back in the day kind of good!
Not a fan on Chinese restaurants but married into a Chinese family and get pulled into many....This was one of the better Chinese places I've been.
Finally found a good and REALLY Excellent Cantonese cooking. This place know how to prepare authentic Shrimp Chow Mein just like Hong Kong & I highly recommend and will come back to try other selections.
I had the pan fried noodles with shrimp Hong Kong style. It was very good. The had a wide variety to select from and a lunch menu.
Always my go-to Chinese food spot. They never disappoint I usually always get the pepper steak, Salt and pepper pork chops, the sea bass clay pot.
This is the go to for real Chinese food in Las Vegas. I've been to KJ's many times and it is always good, definitely a Chinese dining experience. Don't expect amazing service or fortune cookies but the food speaks for itself. As I usually go with Chinese people, my experience is different than others. Chinese New Year is always crazy busy but it is the go to place. There are lazy Susan's on most of the big tables which makes family style much easier.
Excellent food, great service!!
Good for big group. Ok food.
Very much the same as many restaurants in China Town. Ok prices and ok food but not anything special.
KJ Kitchen my favorite restaurant. Authentic Cantonese food. Very fast service, delicious food, good customer service. Best deals before 3 PM.(except Holidays) Located W. Spring Mountain/ S Jones Blvd
Excellent salt and pepper shrimp. Crispy Chow mein was amazing as well. Will definitely be back.
Food was good, restaurant cleaned, got a table fast. Customer service was horrible. Was just me a table of one, but even your table of one take the time to come at least once and ask if everything is ok or if I needed anything else. Saw it was going to be like that from the beginning when they hadn’t even take my drink order and was asking me if I was ready. Table that got sat after me was asked immediately what would they like to eat. Lost a good tip cause when I get great customer service not only do I take the time to review but tip high expectancy.
Excellent place to wat Cantonese food!!!
Chicken lo mein was very good, however it didn't have a lot of chicken in it. I asked if there were egg rolls not spring rolls and was assured it was an egg roll, however when they came out it was most definitely a spring roll. Service was good and the restaurant was clean and ready to get to.
My wife and I met with friends, there suggestion our first time here. We were there early we are getting older so we eat early also beat the crowds. There's 4 of us we had 4 dishes, pan fried noodles with chicken, the noodles were crispy very good dish, next was shrimp with walnuts it wasn't fancy just a bunch of shrimp in a mayo sauce with toasted honey walnuts also pretty good, next we had a casserole with bean curd (tofu) with preserved salted fish very tasty, and finally a basic beef with Chinese broccoli it was good but a little salty and saucy. And they were very nice since we were there so early the house soup wasn't ready so they offered it to us at the end it wasn't bad not to much msg. And we finished with some tapioca soup which was not very sweet so I liked it. All in all my wife and I were very pleased. So now we have another good Chinese restaurant we will be visiting again.
We been going this restaurant since we relocated to Las Vegas 13 years. no complaints. Today we have company came to visit Vegas, bring them here for Chinese New Year dinner. Order a Lobster about 5 Pounds, it is horrible after the waitress bring it on the table, there are missing the best parts of the Lobster, only legs and head (missing few pieces of lobster mid parts. See pictures)the kitchen stolen. Never order Lobster again from KJ kitchen. Do Not order lobsters!
Very good Cantonese food. House soup like my mother made. Very fresh and tasty.
Used to be great, but not anymore. Stopped by for lunch occasionally and it wasn't the same. The quality has gone down.
Americanized Chinese food carrots and peas in fried rice 😭 no egg and long onions ..MY GOD WHERE IS THE GREAT CHINESE FOOD.???
good food and location
Good Cantonese food and stay open late.
Good food.
This is a classic, a must visit restaurant Everytime I come to Las Vegas. Genuine high class Cantonese food, it helps if you speak Cantonese.
I come here due to the recommendation from my friend. The food is authentic and inexpensive. Parking space is limited. Service is above average. The whole fried fish is only 7 dollars for lunch.
Food is great. Depending on the day and time you go, you might have to wait to be seated and also for the food.
Thanks to Dirty Dining Vegas, great help in finding clean restaurants to go. KJ kitchen Chinatown is a clean and where locals go for Hong Kong style cooking. My wife and I visited KJ after a long day of slots. We ordered the seafood chow mein, preserve soy sauce pork belly, fried tofu and garlic Chinese greens. They were great and quick service. If you want authentic Cantonese style Chinese food you should check it out!
